Payment
If your order is to be shipped, we require payment in full before your order is shipped out.
In-store pickup orders: we accept cash, most credit cards, and EFTPOS payments.
Online delivery orders: we accept credit card payments from most cards (including Visa and MasterCard) for online orders – card fees may apply.
We do not currently accept payments from buy-now, pay-later services (e.g. Afterpay, Zip), or PayPal.
Order processing
Standard items in-stock at our store: we aim to have your order shipped out or ready for collection by the following business day.
Personalised items (e.g. canvas prints, framed prints, giftware): please allow 2-3 business days for us to create your order. Large quantity orders (or custom sized canvas prints & frames) may take longer, so please let us know if you have a specific timeframe in mind.
Special order items: special order items are items that are not in stock but can be ordered in for you. Order timeframes can be dependent on the supplier and their stock availablity, so we encourage you to contact us prior to ordering if you have a specific timeframe you are requiring items by. Please note that we require either a partial deposit or full payment of item(s) prior to placing orders with our suppliers - if you have not paid online (i.e. selected "pay in store"), we will make contact to arrange for payment. Please note that special order cancellations will incur a minimum 20% restocking fee.
Shipping to New Zealand addresses (excl. offshore islands)
Please allow at least 2-3 business days for delivery (plus an additional day for rural addresses) – please note that these timeframes can be affected by public holidays, weather conditions and other disruptions to courier services.
At checkout, you will be given the option to select shipping for either urban or rural addresses. Please ensure that if you are having your items delivered to a rural delivery (RD) address, that you select the rural shipping option – otherwise the shipment of your item may be delayed until we receive the correct payment. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, so please ensure you choose a physical address to ship to at checkout to avoid delays.
When orders are shipped, you will be given a tracking number with your emailed notification. If you do not receive a tracking number, or have trouble inputting the number, please contact us on (07) 307 0384 or lazerphoto@xtra.co.nz.

Shipping to island New Zealand addresses
Please contact us prior to ordering if you are wanting your items shipped to an offshore island address in New Zealand - i.e. Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island, the Chatham Islands, or Stewart Island/Rakiura. Sending items to these areas may incur additional shipping fees.
Shipping to international addresses
Unfortunately, we do not ship to countries outside of New Zealand.
Oversized items (e.g. telescopes)
Please note that orders for oversized items can only be placed through our website if you are planning to directly pick-up from our Whakatane store. If you would to have an oversized item shipped to you, please contact us with your requested item(s) and delivery address to obtain a shipping quote.
