Corporate & Staff Portraits

Having a good portrait is crucial in giving that important first impression for prospective clients. They want to know that you will be professional and approachable, so don't settle for a sub-par image that will make them think otherwise. Pricing below is for photos taken at our in-store studio. On-site photographs will incur additional fees for travel and time.

Product Photography

We have taken product photos for many local companies covering a range of different product types, including: restaurant food, health products, work gear, giftware, and more. The photos we take will be suitable for both printed marketing materials and for website displays.

On-Site & Event Photography

Can't visit our store for a photo? Need a workplace group photo? Want your special work event photographed? No problem! Our team can travel across the Bay of Plenty to take the photos you require.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I have my staff portraits taken? Can I have them done at our workplace?

We are flexible with our photography. Our studio inside our store on The Strand is great for portraits, as it has a plain backdrop and flash-rig ready to use. If we are removing backgrounds from your portraits then our studio is preferred. However, if you are wishing for your portraits to be done on-site at your workplace, we can make arrangements to come and visit you. Please note that travel fees may apply - contact us to discuss.

Do I need to book? What is the procedure for a portrait session?

We do request that you book in a date and time (ideally a day or two in advance) to have your photos taken in our studio. There may be times where we will be doing school photos, during which we may not be able to do studio sessions. Therefore, booking ensures we can dedicate a time and photographer for you to have your photos taken. You can book in or reschedule a portrait session by calling or emailing us, or by visiting our store.

Once a time has been booked in, we request that you show up at or just before the scheduled time so you can make the most of the session. Please show up dressed in your desired attire. We do have mirrors and a sink on-site for you to use if required. Our photographer will discuss with you what you're needing from the session, and will direct you through the process. They will review the photographs with you after the session for you to choose your preferred images. After payment, you are welcome to leave and we will email you the edited files once they are completed.

How long does it take for me to receive the edited photos?

This will depend on the type of photo & editing you're after (e.g. if you want backgrounds removed, requesting multiple shots). Typically, it will take around 1-2 business days for us to edit individual portraits, and 1-2 weeks for multiple staff. Please note that we usually expect payment at time of session, and files will not be released to clients until payment arrangements have been made. If your business has an account with us, then we can charge these out to your account.

What if I'm not happy with my photos?

We endeavour to make sure you are happy with the photos we take of you. During the session, our photographer will show you the photos that they take to make sure you are happy with them. We edit the shots that you like best out of the session. If there are alterations that you would like made (e.g. removing tattoos, hair strands, adjusting clothing), please let our photographer know so they can action those when they edit your photos. Otherwise, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team if you have any concerns.
