How It Works

Select Your Tag Design

Select your desired pet tag design and colour from our display stand.

Purchase Your Tag

Bring your tag to the counter - once paid for, we'll provide you with a code for our engraving machine.

Choose Your Text

Scan & and insert the tag into the machine when prompted/ Follow the instructions on-screen and type in your desired text. Some designs allow text on both sides, while others only allow text on one side. You can write up to four lines (keep in mind - the more text you add, the smaller it will be).

Watch Your Tag Get Engraved!

The machine will engrave your text on the spot! And you're done!

If you can't make it into our store, or want your personalised tag delivered to you, no problem! Choose your tag from the options above, decide on the text you want, and place an order! And your tag will be delivered to you in approx. 1-3 business days!
