How to order your team photos

Please follow these steps:

1. Choose the appropriate form below;
2. Complete one form per person;
3. Enter the details on the form, including your name and details, and the name & class of your family member;
4. Select which photopack(s) you would like to order, and if you want them delivered to your address (postage fees apply);
5. Enter your payment details, check that the details are correct, and submit.
